Mom - A - Mazing Events

To every mom who has been taking care of everyone and everything except herself, now is the time to make a change.

It’s no secret that self-care is a critical component of overall health, yet it is seldom practiced regularly or properly. Not only does self-care benefit us, it also benefits everyone and everything that is connected to us. Poor self-care habits in conjunction with excessive and/or prolonged stress, sleep deprivation, and a sedentary lifestyle, all contribute to things like, burnout, feeling overwhelmed, fatigue, emotional instability, anxiety, depression, physical health problems and more.

Through our Mom-A-mazing events, our goal is to not only encourage moms to practice self-care, but to also provide spaces, places, and opportunities for moms to participate in various forms of self-care without having to do the work of planning or organizing anything. You do enough mom, so let us do this part for you.

In addition to facilitating self-care opportunities, during each of our Mom-A-Mazing events we will always designate a special time to celebrate you and some of the mom-a-mazing things that you do every day. Mom, you deserve to be recognized, you deserve to be celebrated, and you deserve to take time to care for you.

And that isn’t enough, an added bonus to joining us is that you will have an opportunity to connect with other moms with whom you can find support, share experiences, and learn a few extra tips & tricks to help make mom life just a little easier.
